The undersigned dog owner (the “Owner”) understands that the participation by Owner’s dog(s) in dog daycare at Holiday Barn, Ltd., a Virginia corporation, t/a Camp Holiday Barn, is not without some risk. Despite all the participating dogs appearing healthy and being handled with reasonable care, dogs are not always predictable. Owner acknowledges the risks and hereby releases Camp Holiday Barn, its employees, owners and/or agents from any and all negligence claims for any injury or damage to Owner’s dog(s) resulting from the action of any other dog occurring on the property of Camp Holiday Barn and the areas adjacent thereto.
Owner further agrees to pay any veterinary/medical expenses incurred as a result of injury to Owner’s dog(s) or caused by Owner’s dog(s) to another dog, arising out of any confrontation or other action among dogs while in the care of Camp Holiday Barn. Owner hereby gives Camp Holiday barn permission to seek veterinary care for the Owner’s dog(s), at the Owner’s expense, by the veterinarian of its choice. Owner will not seek to hold Camp Holiday Barn, its employees, owners/agents responsible for any injuries or damages, which may result by reason of not seeking such veterinary care.
Owner represents that, to the best of Owner’s knowledge, the dog(s) named above have never bitten or otherwise attacked any person or any other dog, and that the Owner has no reason to believe that Owner’s dog(s) will do so in the future.
Owner agrees to hold Camp Holiday Barn, its employees, owners and/or agents, harmless from any and all claims asserted by or
on behalf of any owner of any other dog which may be injured or damaged by reason of the action of Owner’s dog(s).
