I agree to a drug and/or alcohol screening at the company's expense before employment, and at such other times as may be requested. If employed, I agree to comply with all company rules and regulations. I understand that my employment is "at will," is entered into voluntarily, and that I may resign at any time. Similarly, my employment may be terminated for any reason at any time with or without previous notice or cause. I understand that no manager or representative of the company, other than its president or his/her designee, has any authority to enter into any agreement for employment for any specified period of time, or to make any agreement contrary to the foregoing either now, in the past, or in the future. I further understand that such an agreement must be in writing and signed by the president for it to be binding on either myself or the company. I understand that this application is only valid for 60 days. Thereafter, if I have not heard from the company and still wish to be considered for employment, I must reapply by completing a new application.
